Tēnā koe,

Thank you for taking the time to look around my site.

I am Artur and I was born and raised in Brazil but now live in gorgeous Tāmaki Makaurau/Auckland in Aotearoa/New Zealand.

I am a visual storyteller specialising in humanitarian and documentary photography. My formal training in anthropology, strong work ethic and a high degree of technical skills help me maintain a warm and positive attitude in the cross-cultural and sensitive environments where I often work.

Over the past 5 years, I have successfully completed a variety of challenging projects which raise awareness about humanitarian, environmental and social issues and empower those affected by them.

Select publications: North & South Magazine, Good Magazine, The Denizen Magazine, Kia Ora Magazine, Vice, The Guardian, New Zealand Herald.

Select clients: Oxfam, 350 Aotearoa, Greenpeace, Ministry of Pacific Peoples, New Zealand Customs Service, Auckland Transport, Kiwi Harvest Food Rescue, Kai Auckland.
