In August 2015 26 activists were arrested in front of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade in Wellington, New Zealand.

They were protesting the fact that the text of the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPPA) had not yet been made public even in the midst of the growing concerns about what the deal could mean to New Zealand’s sovereignty.

I was with the group for the 3 months following their arrest – capturing the action and the behind the scenes of one of the biggest activist actions involving the trade deal.
