Long live the king
On 13th October 2016, King Bhumibol Adulyadej of Thailand died at the age of 88.
I was in Bangkok at the time to document the rampant inequality in Bangkok for Oxfam’s Even it Up campaign and photograph their Wanita gender and youth programme in Pattani and witnessed the colourful streets of the city becoming black as thousands tried to get to the palace to pay their respects.
